Payment

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We use Paypal as our payment processor. They handle the credit card information, and we never see that data. We only see your name and address in order to ship your purchase. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use your credit card. They are just tools we use to process your credit card securely, keeping your information private and safe.

Shipping

For standard shipping, items are shipped Monday or Friday (excluding federal holidays), within 4 business days of purchase. Notification and tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your purchase has been put in the mail.
 
Express shipping options are offered as a drop down menu on each item's listing page.
 

Domestic (USA)

Expected shipping time for domestic orders (USA) is anywhere from 3 to 10 business days. For standard shipping, a maximum of 14 days will be allotted for your package to reach you. If your package takes longer than 2 weeks, please contact us.
 
Standard domestic orders (USA) are shipped through the United States Postal Service. UPS shipping is offered as an upgrade.
 

International

Expected shipping time for international orders is about 3 to 4 weeks for most countries. Express shipping is available at an additional charge upon request. For standard international shipping, 4 weeks (from the ship date) will be allotted for your package to reach you. If your package takes longer than 4 weeks, please contact us.
 
If you are located outside the USA, please order from our Etsy store in order for VAT to be correctly applied. The EU and UK require an import VAT to be collected on purchases of physical goods under €150 and £130, by all retailers at the time of purchase, before delivery. Your receipt will be attached to the outside of your package with proof of your import VAT payment and Etsy's UK Tax ID (370 6004 28), for help with processing at customs.

If you are outside the EU or UK, you will be charged VAT / Import Taxes by your own country, and possibly a handling fee by your postal service, upon delivery of your package.

International orders are shipped from the United States Postal Service, and then circulated into the national postal service of the recipient's country. Any customs fees, VAT, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your individual country's tax regulations and are therefor payable by the citizen of that particular country (you, the buyer). Non-citizens (any individual or business outside the buyer's country) have no concrete way to predict these fees, or to pay them, because the shipping is not domestic to the USA. For any additional information, such as pricing quotes on these possible fees, refer to your local customs agency.
 
Due to United States federal law, we do not ship to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Any transactions which originate from and/or request shipping to these countries will be cancelled and your money refunded. Please refer to the USPS for more information

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Message us first to begin the return process. Packages sent without messaging us first will not be accepted. 
  2. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery, for unused items. 
  3. Include your receipt with your return to help ensure correct customer identification during processing. 
  4. Full item cost + initial shipping cost, will be refunded once the item is shipped back in original, unused condition. We do not cover return shipping costs, or refund express shipping charges: these are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns that are not put in the mail and postmarked within the 7 day time frame will not be accepted.
  5. Manor Vintage reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason. The possibility for returns is an extra benefit offered to the customer out of goodwill, and not a right or rule of operation, and therefore may be declined at any time at Manor Vintage's discretion.

Exclusions

  • Under no circumstances will we cover return shipping costs, or refunds for express shipping charges. These extra expenses are the responsibility of the buyer, and are non refundable.
  • Manor Vintage reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason. The possibility for returns is an extra benefit offered to the customer out of goodwill, and not a right or rule of operation, and therefore may be declined at any time at Manor Vintage's discretion. In these instances, store credit may be issued, but is not guaranteed.
