This petition will add an amendment onto the Ohio Constitution banning large scale data centers from the state. This is any data center that consumes more than 25 megawatts per month, which will prevent overinflated facilities from being developed in the state. Ohio already has about 200 data centers that fall under the 25 MW capacity.
